· Are you having problems with getting employers to consider you for employment due to your Clearinghouse status?
· Have you received a letter from the DMV notifying you that your CDL will be downgraded due to your Clearinghouse status?
· Are you stuck on Step 4, Prohibited to operate a CMV, but eligible for a return to duty test?”
· I can assist you!
To get to “No longer prohibited to operate a commercial vehicle,” you must complete a return to duty drug test. Once you complete the return to duty drug test, you will have completed Step 5 on the Clearinghouse. Now that you are on Step 6, the Clearinghouse will show the potential employer you are no longer prohibited and are eligible to be hired.
